Standard 8-ball against the computer: call the 8 and clack it home.
Clackpot is a game of standard 8-ball against the computer, on a cobalt table drawn right in your browser. You break; the first ball you pocket legally makes solids or stripes yours, and the computer takes the other group. Clear your seven, call a pocket, and sink the 8 there to win. The balls roll on real, deterministic physics: elastic clacks, cushions that take a little pace, and pocket jaws that can rattle a ball out. Tap or drag on the table to aim, and a guide line shows where the cue ball meets its first ball and where that ball goes. Pick draw, stun or roll, set the power, and shoot. The rules are the real ones: fouls give ball in hand anywhere, a break needs a ball down or four to a cushion, and the 8 sunk early, in the wrong pocket or on a foul loses. The Easy, Medium and Hard computers test their shots with the same physics before they play, and miss by more or less. Each level has its own leaderboard for the fewest shots to win.
