A LITTLE ABOUT THE GAME

Hop a frog up eight ponds of sinking lilies, drifting logs and a hungry pike, as fast as you dare.

Hop a little yellow frog across the pond, pad to pad, and onto the far bank. Tap a lily pad in reach and the frog leaps to it. Sit still for a moment and its spring winds up for a long hop, far enough to clear a gap. Eight hand-built ponds make a run, each with something new. Lilies wilt and sink for a moment, leaves and logs drift with the current towards the edge, and pads circle a whirlpool. A pike lurks under a dark patch and lunges when the ripples come, and dragonflies knock you off any pad they cross. Fall in and you're back on the stone at the start of that pond, while the clock keeps running. Every pond moves the same way every time, so a run is pure timing and nerve. Practise any pond on its own, then race the whole run and put your fastest time on the Plocky leaderboard.
