A LITTLE ABOUT THE GAME

Pump the jets, float the rings, land all eight.

Ringtide is a water-ring toy for your screen. Eight rings sink slowly through a tank of water, and two pumps at the bottom send bursts up jets that lean in toward the middle. Pump to float the rings up, let them drift, and drop each one over a post's yellow tip so it slides on and stays. The octopus holding the posts doesn't mind which post gets more. Quick presses add up to a stronger jet, and the floor slopes down to the pumps, so every ring that falls rolls back onto a jet for another go. Land all eight as fast as you can: your time starts with your first press. Every tank starts from one of 200 numbered layouts, each screened so none is much luckier than the rest. Play with the two big pump buttons, the mouse, or the keyboard, and put your fastest time on the Plocky leaderboard.
