Roll a six, race your four tokens home and bump rivals back to their yards.
Ludo is the family race game, played against computer opponents on a lacquered wooden board drawn right in your browser. Everyone starts with four tokens in their yard. A six brings a token out onto its start square; from there each token walks once round the board, turns up its own coloured column and finishes in the centre. The first player with all four tokens home wins. Land on a rival and you send them back to their yard. Start squares and the gold stars are safe, so plan your hops around them. A six, a capture or a token reaching home earns another roll, but a third six in a row loses the turn. Play a table of two, three or four. Rosa, Bolt and Kiwi weigh up every move: they chase captures, run from danger and hurry tokens home, with a dash of chance. Each table size has its own leaderboard for the biggest winning margin, counted in the steps your rivals still had to go. A take-back or a resumed game is practice.
